Ahmed Kant\u00e9 non coupable des accusations d\u2019abus de confiance et de concurrence d\u00e9loyale port\u00e9es contre lui par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 African Bauxite Corporation (ABC), repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le ressortissant russe Alexandre Zotov.<\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision met fin \u00e0 une proc\u00e9dure judiciaire suivie de pr\u00e8s, tant en Guin\u00e9e qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019international. Le tribunal a ainsi reconnu la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 des actions de M. Kant\u00e9 dans le cadre du projet AGB2A, conduit par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Guinea International Corporation (GIC).<\/p>\n<p>Dans un communiqu\u00e9, M.
